Dear Foodies: It is with great regret that our team have to cancel the Welland Foodfest scheduled for October 4 and 5, 2025. Due to unforeseen circumstances it will not be possible to proceed as planned. Our team is made up volunteers and due to heavy work commitments, personal health issues and uncertainty with the venue. it will be impossible to proceed this year. We truly apologize for any disappointment this may cause, as we were looking forward to sharing this experience with all of you. If possible, we would love to plan a similar event in the future and will keep you updated moving forward for future events. We thank you all for your support over the past two years and a special thank you goes out to the overwhelming support of our food vendors, our amazing sponsors and volunteers and the City of Welland. Thank you for your understanding, and your overwhelming support for the Welland Foodfest. There is a similar festival happening at Merritt Park (king street) on August 30 and 31, 2025 Welland Salsa and Cumbia Festival and we encourage everyone to support this amazing festival.
